We shall establish a payment plan based on what you wish to order from the range of goods in our shop. The plan must be started by giving Lantz sufficient time to order any personalised items for you. We shall make out a full costing and the payment plan shall be based on your final total.
HOW IT WORKS Lantz shall open a special account for you and keep track of your payments and give you an updated printout when you make each payment. Any items, that have to be specially ordered for you, such as personalised wedding stationery, shoes, candles, etc., must have at least 50% of the value paid for, before we can actually order the item. These items cannot be collected until fully paid. We shall hold all non-personalised items for you, once you commence the payment plan. There are two plans available, and on both, Lantz will give you a 10% discount on your full order value, including personalised Mass Booklets. (Discount is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion) There are two plans available and they are as follows:
Plan A Min €450.00 of Personalised Wedding Stationery with a Free Proof, Free Gift and 50 Free Personalised Labels and Min €250.00 of Wedding Accessories which must include Shoes or a Tiara but cannot include Ceremony Covers, Tassels and Elasticated Bows
Plan B Min €80.00 of DIY Products for making Wedding Stationery excluding Ceremony Covers, Tassels and Elasticated Bows and Min €250.00 of Wedding Accessories which must include Shoes or a Tiara but cannot include Ceremony Covers, Tassels and Elasticated Bows The Wedding Accessories amount cannot be made up from any of the following items: Interiors, Baby Products, Ceremony Covers, Tassels, Elasticated Bows, Mass Booklets or any other Lantz Wedding Stationery Social Product.

CANCELLATION If a wedding is cancelled, we shall be happy to make a refund, provided we have not ordered anything special for the client, i.e. Shoes, Tiara, Candles, Personalised Cards and a small administration charge of €25.00 shall be applied. Any special items, must be paid for in full at time of cancellation. If the wedding is just post-poned, we shall be happy to hold any monies paid until such time as you wish to resume your payments and change items if that is necessary and provided not already pre-ordered for you.
