INK COLOURS
All personalised cards shall be printed in the ink colour noted with each individual design. Flat Black or Flat Silver Ink is included in the quoted prices. Alternative choices are available at an additional charge - please view the price list for details.
TYPESTYLES (FONTS)
We offer a choice of typestyles for all cards which are to be personalised. Please choose one of the typestyles from our listing and indicate your choice for all items in the box provided on the order form. You will be required to make a typestyle choice for each of the personalised cards that you have selected. It is important that you examine all the letters of the typestyle, which you choose to ensure that all the characters are suitable. The Point Sizes and the Line Layout shall be applied to best suite the card chosen. It may not be possible to include accents in all languages - we shall certainly include them if they are available on our keyboard. There is NO choice of typestyle for standard verse Thank You Cards or Reply Cards.
DAY INVITATIONS
It may be possible, on 17.5cm x 12cm day invitation cards to have the wording "Wedding Invitation" removed from the cover at no additional charge, but this must be noted clearly on the order form. If we cannot accommodate this, we shall inform you prior to printing. However, should you wish an alternative caption or monogram to be included, this will entail an extra charge, which will need clarification with us prior to ordering. Alterations made to an order after processing has commenced, shall be treated as a new order. We do not sell our day invitations blank.
FAVOUR BOXES
We carry a small range of Personalised Favour Boxes. These items carry one Christian name for the bride and groom together with the wedding date and will be foiled in the colour as stipulated on the stationery chosen. There is no choice of typestyle for either of these items, it shall be foiled in DF4 and it is NOT possible to include accents.
WORDING CHOICES
We have composed some choices for Day and Evening Invitations, Thank You, Reception and Reply/Response Cards. Click here to view these sample wordings. Please indicate your choice of wording for all the personalised items in the boxes provided on the order form. Should our wordings not be suitable, we shall be happy to complete your order to your individual requirements. Without a choice being made or wording being supplied, we shall assume that wording number one is required for all items. Standard Verse Reply Cards do not have a wording or typestyle choice offered.
PROOFING SERVICE
We offer an optional extra of a text proof, which incurs a small additional charge - see price list.We will set up the text as it will appear in print and fax or post this to you for your scrutiny prior to printing. This proof must be checked thoroughly by you signed and returned to us with any corrections detailed on same before we can commence printing. Every additional proof shall incur the proofing charge each time it is supplied. Please note that we DO NOT provide card proofs.A FREE text proof is automatically given for Order of Service or Mass Booklets.
TO COMPLETE THE ORDER FORM
Ensure that you indicate the capital letters when typing your information for the wording required for all personalised items which you wish to order. If you do not include the word 'Church, Chapel, Cathedral, Hotel, etc.' it will not be included in the text. Ensure that you completely type out your wording if you DO NOT require one of our sample wordings. We shall punctuate as per your typed copy, unless otherwise requested. We can only complete wordings where an A-Z keyboard can be used. Not all accents are available and foreign languages shall incur additional charges, depending on the setting required. It is very important that you type all the information in the format in which you wish it to be printed, (i.e. as you would like to see it in print) otherwise we can only attempt to interpret your intentions.
DELIVERY
Delivery shall vary depending on where the order originates and whether proofs are required or not.For Ireland this will usually be two weeks from order receipt or proof confirmation.U.K., Europe, U.S.A. and Canada will be approximately two weeks by DHL - this is an extra charge, see Carriage & Delivery Charges.
EXPRESS SERVICE
The Express Service, which incurs an additional charge, is where an order received or proof confirmed by 9 a.m. Irish time on a working day shall be DESPATCHED the next working day by the methods of transportation listed above when printing in Flat Silver or Flat Black Ink.PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT AN EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE - NORMAL DELIVERY TIMES WILL APPLY FROM TIME OF DESPATCH. Thermographic Print or Flat Gold Ink will entail a two-day despatch time.

We have submitted the most precise details that we can with regard to the description of the cards but cannot accept responsibility for any interpretation which you may make because of the way the stationery has been portrayed via the internet in relation to browser, computer or other hardware viewing capabilities.
