Step by Step order guide
1. Choose your preferred card design. At this screen you will be presented with all the products that are availalbe in a chosen category, whether it be wedding stationery, accessories of other products. On the right will be thumbnails of the products in this category. Click on a thumbnail to get the full card images and description.
2. Different poducts are displayed in different manners on the site. Depending on the category you are in, once of the followong will occur:
a. Wedding Stationery - Click on the large image to be brought to the next screen where you will see all the products that are available to purchase for the particular design selected. Select the quantities required for each product here and you will see the prices for each quantity automatically displayed in the select box. When you have completed your selection, click the "Add this selection to by cart button" to continue. You can also return to the category from where you came by clicking the "Return to full stationery listing" button.
b. Wedding Accessories - As you click each thumnail to the right, that details fo each product will appear. You can select the quantity and see the price for that quantity in the sleelct box. If availalbe, complete the personalisable details. Now click the button "Updade my shopping cart" to add the selected quantity of this product to your cart.
c. Christmas Cards - Click on the large image to be brought to the next screen where you will see the quantity, wording and typestyle options available for this card. Select your preference for each. Now you can select if you want charities to be added to the card. All charities are added by default. You can specify as many individual charities or no charities at all. The price of the card will be amended to show any price differences. Additional options are available to select under this. Tick any of these you may require. When you have completed your selection, click the "Add this selection to by cart button" to continue. You can also return to the category from where you came by clicking the "Return to full stationery listing" button.
3. You are now in your cart. Here a summary of all the products are displayed, a thumbnail of each product to the left and the detailed summary in the rest of the screen. Any delivery charges willl be shown here. To amend any specific product either click on the product's thumbnail. You can remove specific products by clicking the red "x" to the right of each line. You can add any optional extras here, and then click "Update cart" to change the price. You can also drop the entire cart and start again if required.
4. You will now see the following buttons as you from here through either the wording of checkout pages as follows. All these pages are hosted on our secure server that using SSL technology which encrypts data that is sent to us.
a. Proceed to checkout - Either only accessories have been ordered or all the wordings required have been completed.
b. Proceed to Personalised My Wedding Stationery - You have selected personalised wedding stationery that needs you to complete a form with your personal data.
c. Proceed to create my own wording - You can create your own wording for all the cards that you have selected to create your own wording. Be sure to save each selected card as you complete it.
d. Proceed to Personalise Christmas Card - You have selected Christmas cards that need you to complete a form with your personal data.
5. After clicking the proceed to checkout page, you will now be presented with the final pages that are required to be completed to finalise your order.
a. Step 1 of 3 - Final order details - Complete the form with your personal details that are now required. Please also select the format you want to pay by, either by credit or debit card, or by cheque. You can also "Reset" the form, "Continue" to step 2 of 3 or "Return to edit your cart". You can also review your personalised details for each card here.
b. Step 2 of 3 - Confirm your order - Please review all your details here. Following this page no further changes can be made to your order. Check that you accept our terms and conditions of sale before continuing. If you have selected to pay by payment card, you will be directed to a final page for your payment details.
6. Your order has now been completed. You will recieve an e-mail to the account entered at the time of ordering which will give you an encripted link to your order details on our secure server. We will not send any personal details to you by e-mail. You can consult your order form here for future reference.
