We will endeavour to use efficient resources to deliver items as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. We will endeavour to notify all customers if delivery is delayed however, this sometimes is beyond our control and subsequently, we may not be aware of it e.g. Christmas Closing/Bank Holidays etc. Should the carrier be unable to deliver your parcel due to non-response on your part i.e. no-one at the address supplied and/or they are unable to contact you by the phone number provided, and the parcel is returned to us, we will not refund any cost of the order. Once the parcel is despatched from us, the ownership is on the customer to be available to receive the said parcel at the address provided.
Internet Payment Terms
Please note that payment by Credit Card/Debit Card through the website, can take up to 24 hours to clear. Orders for collection must have cleared payment before the products can be released. If your order is urgent, please call us at 01 4530153
Normal Delivery Period
We undertake to despatch an order for personalised wedding stationery within a ten working day period, after the order is downloaded and credit card information supplied is verified. Where we have to make a special order for a client or in relation to other wedding accessory items on the website such as Guest Registers, Candles and other such items, other than wedding stationery, the delivery period of ten working days may not apply. However, the client shall be notified of any delays in obtaining such products. It is important to be aware of the delivery charges that apply which are set out on the website. Items that exclude a personalised wedding day invitation being printed at the same time, will incur a delivery charge.
Printing Errors
Errors completely attributable to Lantz Cards Direct shall be re-printed within forty-eight hours. If errors however, are attributable to the client, a reprint charge shall apply. The cost of this will depend on the amount of work involved in the re-print. This cost shall be advised in return.
Returns Policy
There is a twenty-eight day returns policy on non-personalised wedding stationery providing the following are adhered to:
- The goods are received back in perfect re-sale condition at our premises
- The goods are a current design and not a discontinued design or an on-sale product
- That any postage charges involved are paid by the client
- There is a NO returns policy on Candles, Umberellas and Ring Cushions/Box

All wedding stationery designs are also copyright to Lantz Stationery Limited and are not for alternative use ie photocopying, scanning etc. Any samples of wedding stationery designs requested by customers are owned and copyright to Lantz Stationery only. The materials and wedding stationery designs on this site may not be copied, reproduced, posted or republished in any way. The republication or use of materials or wedding stationery designs on any other website without prior written consent is prohibited and all rights are reserved. Images of people on this site are used with the permission or in accordance with applicable law. Re-use of them without permission may violate the privacy and publication of those persons.
